Abstract


This study is to determine the learning factors in the establishment of attitudes and behavioral enterpreneurship which are implemented through individual, group, and mass learning activities. The distributors of PT Centra Nusa Insancemerlang (CNI) which conducted its business using Multi Level Marketing (MLM) were chosen as the object of the study. This study did not use individual or social characteristics and procedure involvement as study requirement. In general, distributors were actively involved in searching for and improving patterns and learning model in order to make more creative and dynamic businesses. As a result, positive attitudes and behavioral enterpreneurship can be gained to increase social and economical status.
