PENGETAHUAN TENTANG STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN, SIKAP, DAN MOTIVASI GURU
Abstract
Abstract: Knowledge of Instructional Strategies, Teaching Attitudes and Teacher’s Motivation. This study aimed to describe the influence of teachers' knowledge of instructional strategies, teaching attitudes, and teachers’ motivation on learning outcomes through survey method. The sample was 25 kindergarten teachers. The data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis. The results show that knowledge of instructional strategies, teaching attitudes, and teachers’ motivation to teach directly influence the students’ learning outcomes.
Abstrak: Pengetahuan tentang Strategi Pembelajaran, Sikap dan Motivasi Guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh pengetahuan tentang strategi pembelajaran, sikap dan motivasi guru terhadap hasil belajar anak melalui metode survai. Sampel penelitian adalah 25 orang guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Kecamatan Koto Tangah, Kota Padang. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara dan penyebaran angket serta dukungan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang strategi pembelajaran, sikap dan motivasi guru berpengaruh langsung terhadap hasil belajar anak.
