Proses Transisi Budaya Organisasi pada Sekolah Regrouping

Abstract


Abstract: This research described the transition process of organizational culture at regrouping school. Culture transition is a phase through which an organization tries to adapt to a new culture that occurs due to a change. Regrouping is a combination of two schools or more, become effective and efficient management. The research used qualitative approach by using multi-sites research design. The findings of the research indicate the organization culture transition process consisted of an identity crisis, neutral zone, and identity building. Indicators of achievement of effective and efficient  including increased participation of teachers, staff and community, improve quality of teachers, improvement of schools image, improvement of service quality and school facilities, and development of lessons and extracurricular.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan proses transisi budaya organisasi sekolah regrouping. Transisi budaya merupakan fase yang dilewati oleh sebuah organisasi untuk penyesuaian diri dengan budaya baru yang terjadi karena sebuah perubahan. Regrouping merupakan penggabungan antara dua sekolah atau lebih menjadi satu pengelolaan yang efektif dan efisien. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis rancangan studi multi situs. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses transisi budaya mencakup krisis identitas, zona netral, dan pembangunan identitas. Indikator ketercapaian pengelolaan sekolah yang efektif dan efisien, meliputi peningkatan partisipasi guru, staf dan masyarakat, peningkatan kualitas guru, peningkatan citra sekolah, peningkatan kualitas layanan dan fasilitas sekolah, serta pengembangan pembelajaran dan ekstrakurikuler.
