Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran dalam Implementasi Kebijakan Digital School

Abstract


Abstract: The purpose of this study is to reveal the principal's learning leadership in implementing digital school policies. This study uses a qualitative approach with a constant comparative multi-site design to reveal the focus of the research at SMPN 1 Sumenep and SMPN 1 Ambunten. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the school principal is in the implementation of digital school policies at the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The orientation of the principal's behavior as a learning leader leads to technical, symbolic, human relations, and educational behavior. The principal's learning leadership is related to internal factors, namely the determination of the school's mission, the arrangement of learning, and the creation of a learning climate. While the external factors are the values and expectations of the community as well as the institutional structure of the school.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengungkapkan kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan digital school. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan multisitus komparatif konstan untuk mengungkap fokus penelitian di SMPN 1 Sumenep dan SMPN 1 Ambunten. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah sebagai dalam implementasi kebijakan digital school pada tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Orientasi perilaku kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran mengarah pada perilaku teknis, simbolik, hubungan manusia, dan edukasional. Kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah berkaitan dengan faktor internal yaitu penetapan misi sekolah, penataan pembelajaran, dan penciptaan iklim pembelajaran. Sedangkan faktor eksternalnya adalah nilai dan harapan masyarakat juga struktur kelembagaan sekolah.
